Important Information

If you have a problem with any product sold by Orderly, please reach out so we can resolve your concerns!  If there are product defects, we want to know, and will get you a replacement as soon as possible.

WARRANTY INFO

About Our Policy

All Kiwi Closet and Kiwi Cabinet products warranted for 2 years from date of delivery of product.  Any hardware accessories supplied as part of any Kiwi products are warranted by the manufacturer of the hardware accessory.

Installation is warranted for 1 year.  We guarantee a professional installation.  Any problems with walls not being plumb or straight, or with floors not being level or flat we will work with in the most professional way, but can't guarantee a perfect installation under such conditions.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Everything You Need to Know

Kiwi Closets and Kiwi Cabinets products are shipped flat-packed from Eastern South Dakota via Fedex LTL.  Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.  Any crates 6' or less in length can be delivered to jobsites without having unloading equipment present.  Crates over 6' in length can be delivered to jobsites if unloading equipment is onsite, or will be delivered to the Orderly store in Vancouver WA for customer pickup or installer delivery to the jobsite.
